Carmagnole OÜ is an Estonian company. It brings together experienced practitioners, with fifteen to twenty five years of experience acquired within large international corporations and state institutions, in banking risk, internal audit, compliance, payment infrastructure and economic intelligence.
We are deliberately small. There is no pyramid: the person who scopes an engagement is the person who delivers it, and the client deals with a practitioner rather than with an account manager. This is also why we decline work we are not equipped to do well.
Our headquarters are in Tallinn, under Estonian and European Union law. Our second office, in Libreville, is our operational base for engagements across Central and West Africa, a region where we have accumulated significant depth. We work in English and in French, for clients on several continents.
