Banking legal department and strategic securing

Duration3 days (21 hours)
LevelExecutive
FormatIn person, Remote, Blended

This programme addresses the legal function as a strategic actor rather than a drafting service.

Participants build a typology and a map of legal risk, then work on the contractual mechanisms that secure the bank's position, including undertakings and security interests. Governance of the function and the conduct of relations with the supervisor are examined, together with the prevention of sanctions.

The programme closes on strategic litigation choices and on the handling of a combined legal and reputational crisis. Participants leave able to set priorities for a legal department rather than merely react to requests.
