Participants review the main products offered to individuals and companies, means of payment, credit and its guarantees, and the basics of international trade support. The organisation of the front, middle and back office is presented so that newcomers understand where their own work fits.
The programme also introduces client knowledge obligations, the duty of advice, the main categories of risk and the role every employee plays in the first line of defence. Participants leave able to hold an informed conversation about any part of the bank.
